Wow! I was able to make the thinnest crust yet. It is specially made for Pizza. So soft but crunchy. Just the way my family likes it. If you have not experienced a Pizza made in a Brick Oven, you are missing out. Warning! Once you taste a fired Pizza, the Pizza we eat in a regular oven will never be as good again. I am trying something different with this blog site. This is less sterile and allows me to be involved by having to update pictures or thoughts. I have a lot of pictures that show what I do. I may not be the best sales man but I am convinced that I am a great artistic contractor who has many years of running a landscape company. My clients are all spread out in the countryside mainly. I have never been one to knock on doors to find work. I want a connection with my clients. It is not about how fast I can get a job done. It is about taking care of detail and being on the job, providing options and guiding my clients with good choices. It is about being 51 and enjoying my job and life.
