Bought some King Arthur Flour on the internet last week and it arrived yesterday! Wow! I was able to make the thinnest crust yet. It is specially made for Pizza. So soft but crunchy. Just the way my family likes it. If you have not experienced a Pizza made in a Brick Oven, you are missing out. Warning! Once you taste a fired Pizza, the Pizza we eat in a regular oven will never be as good again.
